Upstream International’s Production Consultants are team leaders with superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong safety leadership abilities and knowledgeable in production surface equipment and applications. Proficient in computer programs applicable to their daily work processes, our production consultants are qualified in operations, surveillance, and troubleshooting oilfield surface equipment; including validating and inputting production and injection data, minor maintenance, testing and proving new production equipment, hydro testing lines, equipment, workovers, rod/pump servicing and flow back experience.
All production consultants are trained in Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) work practices to ensure they perform their job without incident to personnel, environment and property.
Production Supervisor Services:
- Troubleshoot production problems on location
- Supervise Equipment Repair
- Four-point, one point, and all special testing
- Down hole repair and workover with well service rig on location
- Perform Well Checks Daily
- Enter daily production data on web-based field data collection point
- Minor adjustment, maintenance, and repair of surface equipment
- Maintain safe and clean lease
- Supervise daily activities of pumpers
- Check production figures daily for accuracy and completeness
- Make recommendations for remedial work
- Bid out repair work
